Furthermore, thanks to our advanced GRP manufacturing techniques, we can create kiosks up to 30 meters long, 7 meters wide, and about 4 meters high. For larger kiosks, we use a modular panel design to overcome mold size limitations, allowing us to provide customized solutions.
The wall and roof panels of our GRP Kiosks are carefully crafted to meet your specifications. Typically, these panels feature a FSC Certified UKTR legally verified hardwood plywood core, encapsulated in fire-retardant resin and chopped strand mat fiberglass. Moreover, for larger kiosks, we add extra reinforcements, such as steel, to ensure they meet structural requirements.
Our standard GRP Kiosks provide an insulation U-value of 2.2 W/m²/°C. However, we can increase the insulation level to 0.3 W/m²/°C by incorporating encapsulated foam.
We use fire-retardant resin to create a self-extinguishing laminate that meets BS476 Part 7 Class 2 (Surface spread of flame). The standard panels provide at least 30 minutes of fire resistance in accordance with BS476 Part 22. If you need more protection, we can offer stronger fire resistance options.
We offer a variety of single, double, and multi-leaf outward-opening doors in different sizes. Our advanced manufacturing techniques allow us to position doors anywhere within the GRP Kiosk walls. These doors are reinforced with steel to prevent warping. For easier access, we can add removable or hinged transoms and door sills. We also provide roller shutter or uPVC doors upon request.
Standard features include vandal-resistant stainless steel hinges and automatic hold-open stays. Double doors come with internal spring bolts to secure the passive door leaf. While cylinder night-latch locks are standard, we offer many other locking systems to suit your needs.
We offer different levels of natural ventilation through integrated features in the walls or roof of the GRP Kiosk. You can choose from various vent types, including stainless steel, galvanized steel, uPVC brick, and aluminum powder-coated louvre vents, all with internal screens. Additionally, we can add forced ventilation like fans or air conditioning. If needed, we can install external GRP weatherproof cowls. For more details, please contact our project team.
We provide a variety of floor options to meet your needs. These include GRP single membrane floors for smaller kiosks, composite load-bearing floors, and steel sub-frames for larger kiosks. All steel sub-frames are fabricated in-house and come with certified integral lifting points. We shot blast, zinc prime, and paint them to BS5493 Table 3 Part 3 specifications to ensure quality and durability.
We offer a wide range of viewing windows, including standard toughened or laminated safety glass, as well as double-glazed aluminum and uPVC windows..
Our standard external GRP finish is a smooth gel-coat, which offers excellent resistance to chemicals and weather in harsh environments. We also offer alternative finishes like simulated brick and simulated stone, which are popular for their environmental benefits. The standard internal finish is white fire-retardant resin, but other internal finishes are available upon request.

We provide full electrical installation services, carried out by our qualified electricians. This service can be performed either at our facility or on-site, depending on your requirements. For more details, please contact our electrical team. Industrial GRP is an approved NICEIC Contractor.
As part of our comprehensive service, we provide general arrangement drawings as standard for all items. These are delivered in AutoCAD format and emailed to you for approval within a set timeframe after the contract starts. We also supply Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Lifting Plans if required. All documents are prepared by a qualified Appointed Person to ensure compliance and safety.
Additionally, as part of our Multi-Activity Framework Agreements, we serve as both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, offering a full-service approach to project management.
We provide various delivery options to meet your needs. For smaller items like GRP Cabinets, we offer cost-effective courier delivery, with offloading handled by others. Larger items are delivered using our flatbed vehicles, which are equipped with rear-mounted cranes for safe and efficient unloading. Our fleet includes five flatbed vehicles, each up to 8 meters long.
Moreover, Industrial GRP operates permanent site teams throughout the UK. Our site personnel are fully qualified and have extensive experience across various industries.
